Return Policy
At Sew Into Craft By Chloe, all items are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
No Returns on Custom Orders
All decal sets, vinyl overlays, and personalised items are made specifically for your order. As such, returns for change of mind, incorrect colour choice, or compatibility issues are not accepted.
Please double-check your vehicle model, year, and colour selections before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement if appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Address / Order Details
We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address or incorrect product details submitted during checkout. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Return Shipping (if applicable)
In the rare case a return is authorised (e.g., defective item), we will provide instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error.
